My sparkle is starting to shine

Today I thought id have a play with a couple of sets of paper I just bought,
DIYshop by crate paper & creative agenda by echo park.

I made some tags & played a bit with some christmas stuff & alot of sparkle!!!
.....came up with a christmas page.

Inspiration......

SO, I soooo wanted to make a start on alot of things this year & I will life will return to normal soon, I keep telling myself, I know god is with me/us & I know my mum is now with my dad & that god is taking care of them.

Im still struggling to find inspiration to start scrapping again, even before the sad news of my mum & even with time off work its still the last thing on my mind but its bugging me at the same time!!

So one person I awe over her pages every time is my long time cyber friend sasha, girl I hope you dont mind me sharing you?? hehehe

But just take a look at her you'll see just what im talking about AND I mayeven try & lift this page, gotta get ass in the right gear

You = Awesome

These are the words that I wanna tell my girls 

every

single

day

of

their

lives.

Yup, I put brave twice. And I added fearless for good measure. I personally think that is one of the most important thing. To be brave, open to new opportunities, go to new places, explore, just try new things and not be afraid of failing.

I modified one of the brush from Ali Edwards Kiss Me. It originally said ' You + Me = awesome'. Modifying the brush is my way to tell my girls that they can be awesome, just by themselves. While Sam and I will always be behind them in whatever they do, they must know that they don't need us or need to be a part of a couple to be awesome. If you have a partner, yes that is great. But if you're alone, don't let that stop you from achieving greatness. 

Am I crazy to be putting so much emotion into one very simple scrapbook page? 

I think not :) That's just how I'm wired.

This is my beautiful mummy, yesturday I found her at peace & with her wings.

R.I.P you are now with my daddy.

One thing I didnt know...You left us on daddy birthday.

Me & Andrew miss you already, Gary & the kids will also miss you very much, tonight we went through picture's & found loads of you smiling, being with your friends & family, loving us as children & your grandchildren just the same.

Who will I invite for christmas dinner now? Who will come for birthday meals & celebrations?  Who will pop in on the way to the shops? Who is going to ring me every week end to see if were all alright? Who will give mummy hugs just because? 

What will I do now? Im 38yrs old almost 39 but I still need you x

Scrappy accident!!!

Hello scrapper's, I have just got all excited, took the picture & uploaded straight away because I have never in all my years of scrapbooking had a scrappy accident, NEVER!!!!!

The distress ink had somehow overloaded ink, its not new & hasnt been like this until I just came to use it today, but as I like the distress look, the accident doesnt really look like an accident does it? Especially as I went & made the same mistake a few more times just so the one square wasnt on its own, heeheehee

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Ok I know im ONLY 9 days too late but I have been a busy bee, putting all my bling bling christmas away & being all depressed over that!!!  I love my sparkly bling bling christmas stash ya know!!!  Okaaaay so now im going to tell you that there are ONLY 350 sleeps til next christmas, who preping????   hehehe

What ya's all doing at the moment? What are your plans, goal's? Have you set any new year's resalution's?? I know I have, I also been trying to re-organised my house better, the two area's that need it the most is my kitchen & bedroom, need to make space for my scrap stash again, as im going to try hard to be more into that!!!  AGAIN!!!!   My kitchen need's more storage so thats a re-organisation project, not  to mention my kids rooms.

I have new life style plans & for the better too, new meal plans, new gym plans, new plan to keep track of my/our spending & what better to organise all this in my own scrapbook diary thats all the rage right now, I'l post mine soon.

Its beginning to look alot like christmas

Feeling a little worried about scrapping these photo's/december 2014 christmas as the last two years christmas albums just got thinner & thinner...i will try harder to make time for scrapping is one new years resalution for sure!!

Oh my gingerbread houses!!!!

So i thought to make some ginger bread today with my little princess, she LOVES cooking & making & baking things with me. 

So i checked out pinterest for some inspiration & just look at the houses i found!!

This one is my favorite!!

Mine will definatly not turn out out like these!!  Just WOW

Oh my days!!!

Yup I sooooo need to get back into this, I will try, so much of my life is missing on here!!!

Hey looking gooooood!!

I know  I know, I cant really put that title & not show you no photo's of my new bathroom, which is looking goooooood!!! right now, lol

 

BUUUUUT, I can tell you my tiles are up & grouted, my cabinets are up & filled to the BRIM, didn't know i had this much stuff, must be a clean girl, hehehehe

 

Ok & I did it all MYSELF, I even bought a ornament for the top corner shelf that says "soak"

I am loving taking bubble bath's & shower's in my new bathroom now, it actually looks inviting & clean, not that it wasn't clean before but I had aqua colour wall's {not too bad for a bathroom I suppose} but I also had a lot of bottle's & clutter out on show, which made it look messy & dirty.

 

So WATCH THIS SPACE, im waiting for good light to take good photo's

Hey guys

I haven't been here for a while, lots have happened!!

Laptop has decided to go currup, thanks to my son using it, so I haven't been able to go viral much.

I HAVE A NEW JOB!!! ..in the same company, im no longer a kitchen assistant, as much as I loved that job & I forfilled my purpose, made ppl smile & diliverd,  im activity co-ordinator now so I have better hours & better pay, & I will still continueforfill & make ppl happy, yeaaaayyyy

I am aching to do something with paper, I wanted to send a card to my new manager for helping me get my to where I wanted to be in my job, when so many around her was nagging & complaining to get me there & I was so patient & let life happen. THANK YOU HILARY XXXXXX & thank you kitchen for having this crazy head for so long, hehehehee

My house...its being decorated so all my scrapbooking supplies & stuff is all packed away, hence no card making or pages or anything else right now :-( ....lots happenening, ...my bathroom is almost finished!!!!  EEEEKKKK I cannot wait to take photo's & get them uploaded, im so proud of myself, looks like a totally different room!

WERE MOVING HOME!!!!!

....well actually were not, but we have been waiting almost THREE years to move to a better place!!!  THREE years is a LONG time. SO we decided to stay here, we are right on the door step of enough good shop's, to just go get something if we run out of something, yes we still have a long haul trek to school's, but we weighed up the pro's & con's & bla bla bla along with some other stuff, WERE STAYING in this house!!

Which then got me all excited because NOW I can decorate....THE WHOLE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!

At first I had TON's of idea's & I got ordering a few bits for my bedroom, some wall paper for the back hall way, oh a jewellery holder that would look nice on my new dresser I want for my bedroom....amazon is A-MAZE-ING!!!!  lol
But then I got all over whelmed & now I am forcing my self to take little baby steps at a time, I ordered my kitchen cabinets from ikea & small things are coming together, im feeling a little more happier, yeay

I have 8 rooms to re-decorate & 2 of those rooms really desperately need doing, plus I want all new furniture in every room, a new kitchen, was going to get a new bathroom too, but as we are only renting I re thought about that, so the bathroom is just going to be tiled out.

You should be expecting photo's of home improvements here very soon!!

My birthday selfie page & a wedding page

So it was my birthday last week & me & my girls got our party wear on, intoxicated ourself's & danced the night away, cheer's!!

I was in a funk last week I wanted to scrap but didn't have no groove & nothing I did, helped so this was a forced page, but it was a lift of one of my own from YRS ago, Im loving my bling shimmer & shine & so I encorporated a lot of that into this page.

 

Life is looking up for me right now, I have some things to to think about that are all good things, & I have the best news ever to share, but I cant just yet, I wont breath until I cant tell & scream & shout it to the world!!
